Once ordered, products must reach their destination as quickly and reliably as possible. That principle has guided our company from the start.
Today more than 10,000 products are available for shipping from Häfele Ireland with next day delivery, and additional products are available for delivery within 10 working days. Created over 30 years of expansion in Ireland, our high-bay storage facility now boasts over 6,000 pallets and our stock value in excess of €2.5m. We can despatch anywhere within the Ireland for delivery within 48 hours.

Frequently asked questions
Can I schedule my delivery?
Yes, just enter the date of delivery you would like in the “Schedule delivery for” box at stage 2 of the checkout process. Please note if you schedule delivery for the 1st or 2nd of the month you may be invoiced in the previous month.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Provided it is in the Island of Ireland, and has a full Eircode, Häfele are able to deliver the item for you. Please enter the alternative delivery address in stage 2 of the checkout process.
What time will my delivery arrive?
Standard deliveries are made Monday-Friday between the hours of 8.00am-6.00pm. We do not deliver on Bank Holidays.
What if no-one is available to sign for my delivery?
All goods must be signed for. We ask you check all goods prior to signing for delivery and mark the delivery note appropriately if goods are received damaged. “Unchecked” is not acceptable if a claim is necessary.
What if I order on a weekend or bank holiday?
All orders received outside of our working hours will be dispatched by Häfele the next working day subject to status.
Can I collect my goods?
Collection of ordered goods is available from our Head Office in Kilcoole between the hours of 9.00am-5.30pm.
