Returns Procedure

We make every effort to ensure that you will never need to return anything to us, however should you need to do so we will do our best to make the process as easy as possible for you.

Please select from the options below for information on how to return your item, which differs depending on your situation. We will ensure that your problem is investigated and resolved as quickly as possible.

How do I arrange to return a faulty or defective item?

Complete the details on the returns form linked below, and we will contact you as soon as possible to advise if your request is acceptable or not. If accepted we will then provide you with a unique Authorisation Number.

Please email returns@hafele.ie if you are unsure of any aspect & we will contact you from there.

Please state the collection address if different to your original order and do not dispose of any goods unless advised to do so by customer services.

We may request a photo of the damaged item, which you can email to the same address. 

Can I return an item that is not faulty?

Yes, if it meets the following criteria:

- Item is in a resalable condition 
- Item was supplied by Häfele within the last 28 days (If you are not sure we can check this on your behalf)
- Item is in its original packaging & delivery quantity
- Item is not direct delivery or special order

A 30% Restocking Fee is applied to all customer initiated returns

How do I return a direct delivery or special order item?

Please contact our customer support team by emailing returns@hafele.ie or calling 01 2873488 and a member of our team will advise.

Are there any items excluded from the 28 day ‘unwanted’ returns policy?

No.  As long as the items meet the following criteria you can return any item to us:

- Item is in a resalable condition 
- Item was supplied by Häfele within the last 28 days (If you are not sure we can check this on your behalf)
- Item is in its original packaging & delivery quantity
- Item is not direct delivery or special order
