  • The USB stick version must be ordered when the software is procured for the first time. This is because the USB stick contains further extensive system descriptions besides the software. Delivery via mail is used for software extension and should only be selected for an inital procurement after approval.

Please keep the USB stick and all licences in a safe place. For your own security, these should only be made available to authorised persons.
Copying of the software and the licences is permitted for the ordered project.
Linking to a hotel administration programme may cause additional costs (interface programming). Please discuss with the software manufacturer and order, if required.

Additional information attributes

You only receive the licence data (licence file and licence key). The software manual and system requirements are provided on the homepage under the software catalogue numbers.
Software and software extensions (SWX software extension) are generally sent by e-mail.
Since only one licence can be generated for one project, it must be ensured that all modules (SW and SWX) are included in one order when ordering for the first time.
Even with repeat orders, no new individual licence is generated, but an extended version of the (already existing) one.
Important: The completed Dialock project notification must be sent with the first order. For more information, please contact your responsible Dialock representative.
Order process:
The licence is created after checking the information.
The licence file and the licence key are then sent by e-mail to the defined, authorised person in the project.
