If you are installing a hinged lid, the design must cause minimal stress and load on the TV lift, it is recommended:

• Not to exceed 2.5 kg contact load at the lid lifter bracket to hinged lid point
• Whole load including TV, all brackets, lid lifter and lid should not exceed 12 kg
• Any deviation from this maximum loading will invalidate the warranty
