With zinc alloy deadbolt

  • With metal bolt

  • see key

    Mill 8 mm groove for connector (biscuit jointer, setting D = 14.7 mm), alternatively 2 x 4 mm recess
    Drill 6 mm opening for tightening element
    Insert connector and screw in with 3 x 16 mm Pan head screw
    Join workpieces and tighten with
    SW 4 hex wrench
